Boeing, Airbus bullish about Indian market
Despite the odds like falling yields, high cost of operations and shoddy infrastructure, airlines continue to be on an aircraft buying spree. This has prompted aircraft manufacturers like US aircraft manufacturer Boeing and Europe's Airbus to revise their India projections. Airbus expects to sell twice the number of planes it had initially budgeted for from 500 to 950 aircraft.
