Bolder structural reforms needed to boost infra sector: SREI Infrastructure Finance

The RBI has decided to increase the external commercial borrowing limit for refinancing rupee loans for Infra companies. In a discussion on NDTV Profit, Hemant Kanoria, CMD, SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd discuss whether that is too little, too late for the infrastructure sector. "We had expected bolder structural reforms. The government needs to address fundamental issues. The order intake is unlikely to pick up soon," he said.
