Bombs used were like Molotov Cocktails: Chavan
Speaking to NDTV about the three serial blasts that shattered Mumbai this evening, Prithviraj Chavan said that "It appears fuel-filled bombs were used, almost like Molotov cocktails." The Chief Minister of Maharashtra accepted that the attacks prove that "terror groups are active and able to strike at will".
