In the early 1900's, Mexico was in the middle of a Revolution against the current dictatorship of Porfirio Díaz. During these difficult times, public started to look for ways to distract themselves and thus was born this form of fighting – Luche Libre or Free Fights. Two Italian businessmen, Giovanni Reselevich and Antonio Fournier began promoting fights, in which opponents fought each other hand to hand, without weapons or protection. These fights were commonly known as Lucha Libre, or 'free fight.' #GLAadventure makes a visit to a wrestling gym which is known for its Lucha Libre or free fights, a form of professional wrestling developed in Mexico. The team also got a chance to interview one of the wrestlers and also go one on one against him.
