Border issue: Bandh paralyses Karnataka
A statewide 12-hour bandh over the border dispute in Belgaum badly affected normal life in most parts of Karnataka on Wednesday. The bandh, which has been called by Karnataka Border Agitation Committee, has brought the state to a grinding halt.
