Borivali chaos: 32 arrested

A mob of over 50,000 commuters halted rail traffic at the Borivali station on Wednesday in protest against inadequate services from Borivali to Churchgate. The Government Railway Police has registered a case against 32 people for the incident. They are being booked for disrupting railway traffic, for unlawful assembly and for rioting and creating mischief. The mob broke four metal detectors installed at Borivali Railway Station and damaged the entrance gate of the station.
