Both TN ministers should resign on moral grounds: Tiphagne
Speaking to NDTV, Henry Tiphagne, ED of People's Watch, said in a life saving situation it is the responsibility of a public servant to rush the person to the nearest hospital. He said public servants present at that moment must be pulled up for this.
