BPO biz won't shrink, employee salaries to be hiked by June: Wipro

Saurabh Govil, Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Wipro and Bhanumurthy BM, Chief Business Operations Officer, Wipro talk to NDTV Profit's Prashant Nair about their plans for the BPO business. "The BPO business won't shrink. As far as hiring in concerned, we have very robust pipeline," said Govil adding that the company will hike employee salaries by June 1. Bhanumurthy asserted that the company's going be on getting proactive deals.
