BPOs worried over sops withdrawal deadline
The threat of emerging low cost outsourcing destinations to India could become more real as the government is set to withdraw tax sops being extended to the BPO industry from 2009. The BPO industry, which is currently growing at 37-40 per cent, is expected to touch $8 billion by 2007.
