The crisis in Air India Express is now over after 25 cabin crew who were terminated were reinstated. They have been told to return to work immediately. It would still take the airline at least three days to restore normal flight services. The breakthrough came after a concerted effort by the labour commissioner which got the union, the management and workers together, with the government monitoring the situation and pushing for a resolution.
