Bribes still a reality in India's defence deals?

A CBI investigation has been ordered after Italian defence giant Finmeccanica's CEO is reportedly arrested for allegedly offering bribes in India to land a Rs 4000-crore contract. The Defence Ministry, however, has said that its own inquiry has not revealed any financial malpractices.
