BSF foils infiltration bid in Akhnoor
A gunfight broke out between the BSF and the Pakistani Rangers on Tuesday night at the international boundary between India and Pakistan. The BSF, which guards the boundary at the Indian side says that nearly a dozen heavily armed militants tried to infiltrate into the Akhnoor sector and that they were provided cover fire by the Pakistani Rangers.
