BSNL outlines plans for future growth
BSNL's chief Kuldeep Goyal is aware of his company's falling market share but more so he is aware of the reason behind BSNL's falling graph. The company's Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) legacy is on top of his agenda. "Being a PSU the decision making process is slow and we are trying to speed it up," said Kuldeep Goyal, CMD, BSNL. The company may push for licenses in the NCR or Navi Mumbai at least.
