Chanda Kochhar, MD and CEO of ICICI Bank says the Budget is a pragmatic one. Capping of subsidies bill to 2 per cent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is a welcome move. The proposal to limit fiscal deficit to 5.1 per cent looks good but should be implemented successfully.
