Budget 2013 pragmatic, growth-oriented with no populist measures: Keki Mistry

In conversation with NDTV, Keki M Mistry, vice chairman and CEO of HDFC, says that the Union Budget was pragmatic with no populist measures. "It is a growth oriented budget. There are two-three pointers in the budget, which will hopefully push growth forward. One is the starting of investment allowance… plus what he has done on the road-side… and by providing a boost to the housing sector, to my mind, it will help construction… and support many more industries," he says.
