2 More Vaccines Expected Soon: Nirmala Sitharaman Presents Budget
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while announcing Rs 35,000 crore for the development and manufacturing of COVID-19 vaccines in the Union Budget 2021, said, "two more vaccines" are expected soon. "Today, India has two vaccines available and has begun safeguarding not only her own citizens against COVID-19 but also those of 100 or more countries. It is added comfort to know that two more vaccines are also expected soon,"Ms Sitharaman told the Parliament.
