"It is too soon to announce big ticket budgetary incentives. But one section which is the most dissapointed is the MSMEs and service sector because they do need help because they were impacted very badly. I as expecting some incentives in R&D in pharma," said Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Executive Chairperson, Biocon Limited.
