Union Budget Should Focus More On Health Care: Health Expert

With just a few days left before the Union Budget is presented, Managing Director of Apollo Hospitals, Dr Suneeta Reddy on January 29 emphasised on the need to spend more on health care system. "It is the best time for the country to spend more on healthcare. Currently, 1.15 per cent of GDP is spent on healthcare. This needs to move to 2.5 per cent and it needs to be done as quickly as possible," said Dr Reddy.
