Budget brilliantly crafted to achieve multiple objectives: Rangarajan
Finance Minister P Chidambaram, in his Budget speech, announced that next year's deficit will be 4.8 per cent of GDP in line with expectations, without many tax hikes. C Rangarajan, chairman of Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Committee, told NDTV that the Budget is very good, and is brilliantly crafted to achieve multiple objectives. "We have all elements there. I think it is a complete Budget."
