The government will be bracing itself for a tough Budget Session of Parliament that resumes today after a recess as the twin issues of 2G and coal scams are set to dominate proceedings. A sign made amply clear by chief opposition, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) which has warned that "the session will restart on a note of confrontation, not consensus."
