Vikas Vasal, Partner Tax, KPMG told NDTV that the Budget should have certain special tax incentives for women either in the form of special tax rates or by incentivising employers that employ women workforce. Women entrepreneurs too should be given an impetus by offering them loans at a concessional rate purely for business purposes and tax relief for 3-5 years from the start of their business.
