Builders offering unique deals to woo customers
Delhi based real estate company Assotech has tied up with Club One Air to offer free flying hours to all its owners, which could cost as much as a princely Rs 37 lakh when bought from the market. The Assotech-Club One Air tie up might be a unique tie-up but it is not new in the luxury housing space, as lot of real estate companies are thinking out of the box to the high-end customers.
