Nine Days after the Laxmi Chhaya building collapsed at Borivali, the police have arrested 39-year old Kailash Jain, the main accused in the case. Jain, owner of Vardhaman jewellers, had been absconding ever since the building collapse, but was arrested at 1 am on Thursday morning.
