Bumpy ride for differently abled?

A young man on April 12 with disability was denied his special wheel chair while getting off a flight in Delhi and was forced to use the ordinary one the airline had on standby, which hurt his spine and also his dignity. Just two months back, a young woman with disability was ordered off a flight from Kolkata. That matter is now in the Supreme Court. But people with disability say they don't want legal battles, they want existing laws to be implemented.
