Delhi residential property prices are stable: Anant Raj Industries
Amit Sarin, Director, Anant Raj Industries, says the prices in the residential segment are stable now and the sales is picking up. He sees weak volume growth during FY12. He adds that developers are in no hurry to cut prices across projects.
