The much talked about cabinet reshuffle is finally taking place tomorrow at 5pm. Sources say the big portfolios of
home, finance, defence and external affairs are unlikely to be touched. Six to seven new faces are expected to be
inducted, while some ministers may get a promotion. But with many ministers in the government battling corruption
