A much-anticipated UPA Cabinet reshuffle will finally take place today and India will get a new External Affairs Minister. The accent seems firmly on having a younger cabinet with an unmistakable Rahul Gandhi imprint as many new faces come in and young minsters look set to be promoted. Seven ministers have resigned, four of them of Cabinet rank who say they are headed to work for their party, the Congress. That is reportedly part of another big reshuffle on the cards - in the Congress organisational structure; Rahul Gandhi looks set for a bigger role and there is speculation that he could be made Working President.
