Call centres give glimmer of hope
Nishikant Phulgirkar wakes up every morning at one to drive an auto rikshaw for the next 10 hours.
And that's not his only job. He also teaches children at home. But Nishikant's son Nitesh does not want to follow his father's footsteps. The 22-year-old Nitesh prefers a job with six working hours, a full regular pay and a better lifestyle.
