Tomorrow is a key day at the G-20 meet in India - with foreign ministers of several countries coming in. The goal is to get a joint resolution out ... something which could not take place last week during the Finance Ministers' meeting because of sharp differences on the Ukraine issue between western countries and Russia and China. Can Indian diplomacy pave the way for an agreement among foreign ministers ahead of the all important summit of world leaders in Delhi in September?
