It's been labeled the most polluted city in the world by the World Health Organization. Alarming pollution levels are being registered every single day. Delhi's air is absolutely toxic especially for those with respiratory disorders. And now, the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi has decided that it's time for a strong and collective action. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today announced that January 22 will be observed as 'Car Free Day' across the capital. Leading by example, he says, even he will cycle to office. But given that hundreds of cars are being added to the Delhi roads every day we ask, can the capital in fact can truly go car free?
