Can Maha's Latest IT Policy Boost Navi Mumbai's Property Market?
We've all witnessed the rise of Gurgaon in NCR, Whitefiled in Bangalore, and Hinejwadi in Bangalore driven by the IT and IT enabled services. Surprisingly, even though Maharashtra ranks 2nd in the country for IT/ITes exports, none of the key micro markets of Mumbai Region have been able to ride the big upwave of India's IT power. But this might change now with Maharashtra government's new IT / ITeS policy.
