NASA chief Senator Bill Nelson, also an astronaut, is on a visit to India to forge new ties with ISRO. NDTV's Science Editor Pallava Bagla speaks exclusively with Nelson on how the two countries will head into a new orbit. Nelson said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a "space fan" on being asked if he can become the first head of state to fly into space. Nelson said he himself flew to space as a politician which was a valuable experience.
