Can RGESS attract more funds in the years ahead?
The government announced the Rajiv Gandhi Equity Savings Scheme (RGESS) in the Budget 2012-13 in order to provide tax benefits to first time equity investors, but the initiative, however, has so far seen only a tepid response.
