Can't Discuss Peace Under Shower Of Bullets: President Ahead Of R-Day
On the eve of India's 67th Republic Day, President Pranab Mukerjee said India's economic success has been the envy of the world during what he termed a difficult year. But he also said it was time to take note of the "grim instances of violence" that hit our "core values" of nationhood and in an oblique reference to Pakistan, said peace cannot be discussed "under a shower of bullets".
