Can't predict impact of US polls on markets: Sanjeev Prasad
Although a Romney win might mean a much-needed belt tightening as far as the fisc is concerned, it might also mean discontinuation of monetary policies undertaken by Ben Bernanke, says Sanjeev Prasad, institutional equities, Kotak Securities. That might be bad news for risk assets and the markets in general. Mr. Prasad feel the impact will be short-lived, whatever the outcome, and bigger macro factors will be at play.
