"Can't Skip Chief Minister's Speech": Expert On Tamil Nadu Governor Row
"He (governor) is supposed to read the speech, not supposed to skip the speech sent by the Chief Minister," Professor Faizan Mustafa, constitutional expert, said when asked whether it was a departure from tradition for the Tamil Nadu governor to skip parts of the Chief Minister's speech and walk out.
