Canara Bank Q4 profit down 7.7% at Rs 829 crore
S Raman, CMD of Canara Bank speaks to NDTV about its Q4 results which saw a 7.7 per cent decline in its net profit at Rs 829.09 crore while net income rose to Rs 9,036.75 crore. For the year ended March 31, 2011, the lender's net profit slipped by 18.4 per cent to Rs 3,282.72 crore which the total income jumped to Rs 33,778.22 crore.
