Sheila Dikshit says that there was no specific intelligence alert that could have helped prevent this week's terror attack at the Delhi High Court, which killed 13 people and injured more than 70. Ms Dikshit also defends the visits that were made by politicians including herself to hospitals where those injured in the bomb blast were being treated.
