It was as expected in the verdict on the cash-for-votes scam in Parliament during the UPA government's trust vote. Samajwadi Party's Amar Singh and Ahmed Patel of the Congress have been cleared and it has both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Left alleging a cover up.
