Caught on camera: Restaurant boat capsizes in China

A restaurant boat with 11 people on board capsized after it hit another, much larger boat in a river in southwest China. A rescue worker, who was trying to reach the boat climbing along a rope, found himself clinging on to it just moments later as the boat began to list and go under water.
