Cement cos margins under pressure
The prolonged spell of winter is sending shivers down the spine of cement makers. The construction activities have hit rough weather especially in the North taking its toll on cement demand. Even as cement makers are struggling to cope with spiralling costs, the lacklustre demand is now forcing them to put off price increases.
