Centre Must Send Medical Oxygen To States: Supreme Court
The Union government today lost its case in the Supreme Court against a high court order asking it to increase its supply of medical oxygen to Karnataka for Covid patients. "We cannot leave the people of Karnataka in the lurch," the Supreme Court said. DMK chief MK Stalin has been sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, along with 33 members of his cabinet. Maharashtra is setting up child Covid care centres and a pediatric task force to prep for a third wave of infections that is likely to be worse for children, the state Health Minister said today.
