"Centre Trying To Undermine Judiciary": Ex Supreme Court Judge On Judges' Appointment
Amid a growing confrontation between the government and the judiciary over the appointment of judges, former Supreme Court judge Deepka Gupta has told NDTV that the government is trying to undermine and control the judiciary. He added that the law minister may be testing waters to bring back NJAC with his utterances against the judges.
