A day after the Centre brought in an ordinance making Delhi Lt Governor, who is the Centre's representative, the final arbiter on the issue of appointments and transfers, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called this a disgusting joke and says the central government has insulted the Supreme Court. Is this a "brazen assault" on the democratic principles of the country or as BJP claims, an ordinance was necessitated?
