There was some good news for Kangana Ranaut today. The film certification board told the Bombay High Court that it was ready to issue a release certificate for her film 'Emergency' but with some cuts. The film was slated for a September 6th release. But the Censor certificate didn't come through, even though the board had given the film a green signal. Members of the Sikh community objected to their depiction in the film terming it malicious. This forced the censor board to send the film to a review committee, resulting in the delay.
