Born visually impaired, Srikanth Bolla turned challenges into opportunities. When he was not allowed to compete for IIT and other colleges in India, he went to MIT. On returning to India, he started Bollant Industries, a company that is valued at Rs 50 crores. Today, his Hyderabad-based company employs scores of uneducated, unskilled people with disabilities. At the NDTV Indian of the Year Awards, he won the Special Entrepreneur prize.
