Chandipura Virus: 6 Children Die In Gujarat's Sabarkantha; Death Toll Rises To 14
Six children have died due to the suspected Chandipura virus at the Himmatnagar Civil Hospital of Sabarkantha, Gujarat.
The blood samples of the patients were sent to Pune-based National Institute of Virology (NIV) for confirmation. One child's blood has tested positive for the virus, while the results for the rest are awaited.
