BJP candidate Shikha Rai, who is contesting the Delhi assembly election from the Greater Kailash seat, said that the voters have changed their mind this time against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
"This time, we have seen a lot of change in the voter's mind. Because for the last 10 or 5 years they are themselves suffering, you know, what has been done by the Kejriwal government in Delhi. So that's why they need a change," she told NDTV.
Slamming the AAP government, Ms Rai said, "The very basic amenities which people have a right over, even they are not provided to them. So see, when it is summers, people of Delhi do not get water. When it's rainy season, all the roads are flooded When it comes winters, there is a lot of pollution."
