The CBI court has summoned Ramkey Infra's chairman Ayodhya Rami Reddy to appear before it on June 11 for his alleged links with the controversial Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The company is accused of paying a bribe of about Rs 10 crore by way of investments in the MP's businesses in lieu of certain relaxations at its pharma industrial park near Vizag. However, RS Garg, CFO, Ramky Infrastructure says that the chargesheet has been filed against the chairman, and not the company. "The company has not violated any agreements," he says.
