Chennai Covid Cases Start To Flatten: Authorities
The authorities in Chennai say there are indications of the city's COVID-19 cases beginning to flatten. The city's daily numbers, which touched 7,500 on May 12 in a single day, now hovers around 6,000. A lockdown in force for two weeks. NDTV spoke to the commissioner of Greater Chennai Gagandeep Singh Bedi and his team at one of the tele-counselling centres that interact with some 45,000 patients in home quarantine.
